The room i booked, the heritage beautiful room, had a problem with noise. I could hear conversations from the hallway as if the walls were paper thin, and , made it difficult to relax.

the room was beautiful and the bed very comfortable. i especially loved the thoughtful touch of sherry left out. the rooftop pool area had fine views. we enjoyed having drinks there.

the walls seemed thin and i could hear some noise from nearby rooms.

The location is pretty great. I could easily reach different spots. The staff were helpful and always smiling. The room had a private porch, I appreciated this a lot. The bed was comfy!

The walls seemed thin, I could hear noises from other rooms. The pool area was quite dirty, I did not like that. The sauna was not working, a shame.

The staff were friendly and accommodated my requests for vegetarian meals at the Mountain Bistro.

My room had a REALLY weird smell that never dissipated, even with the air conditioning on. The bed sounded like an old ship, constantly squeaking with every movement. The walls felt paper-thin. I could hear everything happening around the place.

the location was very convenient to many shops and restaurants i felt safe walking around. the rooftop bar had amazing views of the surrounding area. breakfast offered a wide variety of options each morning.

the room had a strange odor that persisted throughout my stay the air conditioning did little to alleviate it. the bed was quite squeaky every movement caused noticeable noise. i could clearly hear sounds from adjacent rooms which was disruptive at times.
