Excellent Stay at Convenient Location

I found the restaurant quite good. The staff was polite and helpful during my meals. My room was a good size with comfortable beds. I enjoyed the pool and bar area (especially in the afternoon).
The security presence was HIGH, but it was a slight detriment to customer service.
Facilities

The pool area includes ample seating with about twenty loungers available. The hotel provides access to its own parking. This is a big asset in the center. There is also a free shuttle to the waterfront with frequent trips.

The location enables you to walk and visit highlights such as museums. The hotel is close to cafes and restaurants within walking distance. The hotel is conveniently located near many restaurants and souvenir shops.

Breakfast featured a lot of choices. Smoothies and excellent coffee (you could prepare them yourself) were available. Food in the restaurant is great. The pizzas are especially delicious.

Fantastic location and service!

central location excellent service frequent shuttle
I loved the central location It enabled easy walks to Bo-Kaap and museums. The staff were friendly and the service was excellent! Breakfast had lots of choices including smoothies and coffee. The hotel also runs a shuttle to the V&A waterfront very frequently.
The gym noise was very loud late at night! I could clearly hear barbells dropped and treadmills running early in the morning. It made it hard to relax and sleep comfortably in my room.
