awesome harbor views and super clean rooms!
harbor location amazing staff modern room safe area
i enjoyed the convenient harbor location and proximity to restaurants. the staff was AMAZING!!! especially the receptionist. my ocean view room was very clean and modern. walking around felt safe, which i appreciated a lot.
the aircon light panel cannot be fully turned off, it emits light into the room during the night. i would prefer it if this was addressed.

Acceptable but Flawed Stay
noticeable odor disruptive traffic
The room had a noticeable odor (maybe stale air freshener?). the noise from the street was quite disruptive. I found it difficult to sleep soundly because of ongoing traffic. It is unfortunate because the hotel is quite close to everything.

drainage problem limited parking
The room i was initially assigned had a noticeable drainage problem. An unpleasant odor permeated the space. i requested and received a room change, though this inconvenience was disappointing. additionally, the limited parking made securing a spot near the hotel a challenge. It often necessitated relocating the car to avoid penalties.

The room was spacious. It included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. I found the staff friendly. The view from the room was superb.
