okay stay

friendly staff efficient staff central location sink smell usb c cable sharp toilet seat
i found the staff friendly. lionel and shane were efficient and helpful (i especially appreciated their local tips!). the hotel's central location made it easy to explore.
the smell from the sink and bidet plugs was noticeable when the bath was emptied. the usb c cables could not charge my phone because there was insufficient power. the toilet seat felt quite sharp.

a somewhat disappointing experience

small room thin walls
The location was central. It made getting around easy.
The room was smaller than expected. There was little space for luggage. i found the bathroom mirror had a warning sign about low ceiling height, it was a surprise. also, the walls seemed thin, i could clearly hear noise from the hallway and other rooms.

helpful staff excellent breakfast central location tired decor average wifi load shedding
the location is fantastic it is right in the middle of the charming bustle of boutiques and galleries there are also many delicious restaurants to try the staff were helpful and friendly they met all my needs. the breakfast was excellent it was the best i had in the area everything was fresh and well-prepared.
the hotel is a bit old and the decor seems a little tired i noticed some areas could use updating the hotel did not have load shedding prevention solutions i only found a torch for light during outages. the wifi reception was average it wasn't always reliable in my room sometimes i struggled to connect.
