broken air conditioning
i found several issues . the air conditioning in my room wasn't working and fixing it was impossible on sunday. also, getting a late checkout was difficult.

Really good service and beautiful grounds

The buildings showcase curated art. It is meticulously cared for. The staff were warm and inviting. Stephanie provided an excellent massage. Food and wine were delicious and the rooms were sparkling clean. Biscuits were restocked often I enjoyed it.
The hotel hosts a light show. Students guide the private tour offered for hotel guests. They have never been to the light show. They also knew very little about it.
