Staff was amazing. Shuttle service to the waterfront were useful and drivers friendly. Breakfast had many choices and good value. I found evening meals and bar service good and reasonably priced, it was a bonus.

Air con was super noisy. I felt sick as I believe it had not been cleaned in a long time. Passages had loads of stuff, it looked like they where getting fixed.
