i found the room to be lovely and spacious. the kitchenette was well equipped, and getting to the mall for shopping was really easy if i needed anything.

the room needed some maintenance. i found the cupboard doors that concealed the kitchen sink were broken. the hairdryer was also missing from the room, a disappointment.

the location was good. it was close to canal walk shopping mall.

i was disappointed. the room required a lot of maintenance and some things were broken. the cupboard doors were off the hinges and the shower tap kept falling off (this was quite annoying).

The indoor heated pool provided a nice amenity, along with the gym. The staff were helpful and accommodating . They addressed my queries efficiently and were polite.

The shower had significant mould between the tiles. This indicated a need for deeper cleaning procedures between guests. The corridor smelled of smoke one evening and the smell permeated the room.
