I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. They were always available. the breakfast buffet had a wide selection of items. access to the pistes was good. the sauna was also a nice bonus. the ski and boot store was accessible and warm. we loved how it had so many hooks to hang things.

The boot room was a little small. It made it a bit difficult to maneuver at times.
