This meant a lot of noise. The receptionist only spoke English. I would have preferred other language options.

annette at reception was just a lifesaver! she was super helpful when i arrived. i really appreciated her arranging for bike parking in the garage and getting the sauna ready for me. she even helped find a drying room!

the tv had almost no channels. it was disappointing after such a great day.

the breakfast included a fantastic selection of gluten-free options, a huge plus. coffees were made to order, i loved that personal touch. the coffee was genuinely the best i had all holiday.

The staff are very pleasant and nothing is too much trouble. I felt really welcome. staff members were efficient, it was easy to ask for what i needed. i found the reception excellent, a very positive experience.

The hotel is located a short walk from the town center, it was convenient. the location high in the mountain offers great views of sunsets. I definitely recommend seeing it. nearby, you can find free parking, a big plus.

The hotel location proved convenient. i appreciated the modern style of the hotel, it had friendly staff. the free parking in the large plaza parking lot was very helpful. It was accessible right next to the hotel.

the room i booked was not what i expected from a suite. the furniture lacked certain features, like a mirror and reading lights by the bed. i also noted that the fridge was visibly placed and not incorporated into the furniture.

The breakfast had good selection. The staff was friendly. I liked the underground car parking, which cost 15€ per day. The hotel location is central to everything.

The room did not have air conditioning. The thermometer in the room read 27 degrees. It went down to 24 in the evening with a small emergency fan. The room faced the sun all afternoon.
