The location was AMAZING for visiting my daughter at Brunel University!!! The room had a great selection of hot drinks. Toiletries in the bathroom were a very nice touch, too. The lady at reception gave me a great welcome and was very informative.
The spa was out of service. This was a big disappointment! I asked for toothpaste, a toothbrush, and slippers. Unfortunately, they did not have those items, not even for sale. The room also lacked a fridge.

The bed offered such comfort. The staff was polite and helpful. Breakfast was a good experience.. it was constantly replenished. I found parking easy and convenient on the premises.
I found some dust on top of the wardrobe in my room. The toilet roll holder was loose and kept falling off. I also noticed some of the other guests were a little loud .

I found the staff to be super friendly upon arrival. the hotel's location near public transport made getting around easy. the bar prices were reasonable. I really appreciated that.
the mattress in my room definitely needs replacing. i did not have a good night's sleep because of it.

My room had good size beds. The staff was friendly and helpful and parking was easy. I found the overall experience satisfactory. I would consider a return visit based on this stay.
The bedspread felt a bit dusty and ventilation was not great. My room felt somewhat stuffy as a result.

The breakfast had plenty to eat. Reception staff was friendly. I found easy walking access from this hotel into town. The garden area appears pretty.
My room was a little small for me. I find hairs on wall tile next to sink. There are remnants of sticky pads on the wall in the shower.
