My zen room was fantastic! it was very spacious and had a jacuzzi right in the bathroom. the bed was so comfortable. I slept well. the staff even surprised me with a lovely birthday gesture!

the hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. i booked a zen beautiful junior suite spa bath, and i appreciated the spaciousness. breakfast offered a tasty and average buffet. high ceilings, nice windows, and overall spacious rooms enhanced my stay.

the room faced the busy road and the noise was bad. the pillows were very uncomfortable! and i had restless sleeps.

the breakfast was acceptable (i especially liked the fresh fruit).

i was disappointed to find the air conditioning in the room was not working properly. consequently, the room was uncomfortably warm. also, the door handle to the toilet was partially broken and the window handle was also damaged.
