i did enjoy the onsen and also liked the manga cafe, it was unexpected. the free shuttle service TO the train station was convenient for my travels. staff helped ME with my luggage, much appreciated after a long travel day. the ROOM had tatami mats.

the hotel seemed outdated, and I noticed some wear and tear on the carpets, making it look a bit tired.

The hotel offered a buffet dinner with a mix of western and japanese dishes, so there was variety. the breakfast also included warm dishes, salads, and fresh fruit. There was large choice. they accommodated dietary requests.

my japanese-style room featured tatami mats and sliding doors, giving it a traditional feel, it had multiple rooms. amenities included yukata robes. the room provided a kettle and there were vending machines for drinks and snacks available.

the front desk helped me with transport information and directions. staff was attentive and helped me with my luggage upon arrival. they offered a shuttle to the train station, a HUGE convenience.

the staff was very attentive .

the room i got wasnt great, it had futons, and they weren't comfy for a side sleeper like me. it reminded me of a step back to the 80s, and everything just looked tired. the room door looked like it came from a prison.

the room had tatami mats, sliding doors, and multiple rooms inside, it was really cool. the view overlooked the whole lake, i saw so many stars at night.

i wish my stay was longer.
