The room was spacious with a large window. The armchair was comfortable. There were lots of hangers available and the closet had ample space. The coffee machine worked excellently and the bathtub was huge I also enjoyed the onsen.

The breakfast buffet food portions were small and the selection was limited.

the room was spacious. i also had a clear view of the lake. the staff was cute when i arrived at the hotel.

i requested a heater in my room. the temperature was difficult to adjust, and it was quite cold. the maids took the robes, they didn't replace them. breakfast had very limited options.

i reserved a junior suite balcony lake view. our room seemed spacious. the view was gorgeous i must say. hakone shrine is within walking distance of the hotel. the hakone checkpoint and onshi-hakone park are also accessible.

the hot spa felt very small. it looked primitive with no sauna. there wasn't a cold pool either.
