the staff were consistently friendly and helpful i was able to store my bags easily before check-in the hotel's central location made exploring very convenient. the complimentary coffee and water in the reception area were a nice touch it was very welcome after a long day of sightseeing. the decor had a good art deco vibe that enhanced my experience.
my room was a bit compact especially the bathroom it could benefit from a little more ventilation.

i found the location convenient. complimentary coffee was a definite plus, always available. the staff efficiently reserved discounted parking for me at a nearby garage. i was upgraded to a triple room after a minor initial parking issue, a very nice gesture.
the elevator was quite slow, sometimes requiring a bit of a wait.

The room i had was quite disappointing. there was a noticeable musty odor, probably stemming from poor bathroom ventilation. also, the shower didn't drain well. Water pooled, contributing to the musty smell in the room.

The location is amazing, very central. The tram is only a 2 minute walk away. This makes moving around the city very easy. I found the staff to be amazing, especially Wassim!!!
The cleaning left a lot to be desired, especially concerning dust on the radiator. The lights beside the bed show it was not cleaned thoroughly. Getting the room cleaned was also difficult, with cleaning often done late in the day.
