many options spacious room huge window
the breakfast offered many options to start the day right. i liked the spotlessly clean and spacious room. it had a huge window that let in plenty of light!
the air conditioning in the fitness studio felt a bit stale!

fantastic stay
large choice trained staff relaxing area
breakfast had a large choice including continental options. trained staff make a difference compared to other hotels. amenities are clean regularly. the downstairs bar offers a relaxing area and the upstairs bar has a great view.
the room faced the towers. advertisements were projected every evening, so flashing lights were visible all night unless curtains were closed completely.

The reception staff provided assistance with all inquiries. they resolved a breakfast issue promptly on the first day. The breakfast had been paid for, but we were not on the list. the staff also provided robes for using the pool. the service was amazing!

tram access evening pool stale air poor air conditioning
I appreciated the location, it was easy to reach the city center by tram. The pool was also nice to relax in the evening, it stayed open until 11pm!
The smell on level 8 in the corridor was horrible. The air conditioning in the fitness studio was poor, the air felt very stale.

convenient location food choices lack of sheet broken fridge
the wine museum is very close to the hotel. les halles de bacalan is even closer with many food choices available. having a parking place right behind the hotel with a hotel discount was perfect.
the baby bed the hotel offered had no fitted sheet. i was given a 1bed sheet. also, the mini fridge in the room didn't work.

easy access special rate evening relaxation
The location was very accessible by car with parking available next door at a special rate. the city center was easy to reach via tram. the pool provided a nice option for evening relaxation. It was open until 11pm!!! the room was spacious and comfortable.
i found the breakfast self-service system could be streamlined. the door to the outside eating area lacked a stopper. i noticed some people struggled to open it while carrying food.

Fantastic Hotel, Great Experience!!!
rooftop bar helpful staff modern decor
I liked the rooftop bar and Gina restaurant. The hotel service was good and the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooftop pool was really cool. General modern, arty decor was pleasing to the eye.
The minibar in the room was not working properly.

Breakfast offered many options, and the staff was friendly, not intrusive. The Gina restaurant food was AMAZING!!! I would highly recommend visiting. The coffee bar served good coffee.

The room was spacious with a huge window, and the bed was very comfortable. The room was spotlessly clean and well-kept. Modern furniture in the room was very nice.
