Adequate Stay in Central Location
central location friendly staff small room ineffective air conditioning
The location was very central. It made exploring the area easy. The staff were very helpful with recommendations. I thought the staff was friendly. The breakfast was also quite good .
My room was a bit small. It also felt a little claustrophobic. The air conditioning did not seem very effective. It struggled with the heat.

Acceptable Hotel Stay
great location helpful staff filthy carpet faulty air conditioning
The location is GREAT. It is in the heart of the shopping district. The staff at the front desk were helpful.
The carpet in the room was filthy. The air conditioning did not work properly. I had to open the window, but it made the room quite NOISY.

mediocre stay, location is fine but issues exist
incorrect address small room
the bar on the hotel was quite convenient. i did not need to wander far for a drink, and that was a plus.
The address shown online was not correct. i had to wander around to find the place. I found out later that i shouldn't use the hotel's address in the gps. the room was also quite small. It barely fit the bed, and it felt rather claustrophobic. i really think they need to improve the accuracy of their listed address and offer larger rooms. because the room was too small, i asked for another one. The staff did not care.
