Check-in went smoothly enough. The breakfast had plenty of choices. That part was acceptable.

The street outside was terribly noisy! I requested a quiet room months in advance, but I ended up on a floor facing the main road. The staff didn't apologize. They seemed quite used to complaints of street noise.

The location was central. The hotel is close to many restaurants and shops. Check-in was smooth, and the staff was helpful with directions. My room was clean and well kept.

The Wi-Fi signal in my room was a bit weak at times (but it was manageable).

The hotel's location was very convenient. It was close to many attractions. I also found the staff to be friendly and helpful . My room had a fridge, useful for storing drinks and snacks (I brought some local pastries).
