amazing stay, highly recommended!

friendly staff excellent travel tips christmas market guide
the reception staff was super friendly. i especially appreciated julia for adjusting the heat in my room. a gentleman also gave me a room fulfilling all my special requests. he provided great travel tips i used. the reception had prepared a christmas market guide with photos, printed and ready. the heating was the best i have experienced in hotels in poland during winter. there was free water available.
the bed mattress was a bit too soft. it wasn't very comfortable for my back.

The location proves convenient.
The room I occupied suffered from clear neglect. Towels was worn, and pillowcases displayed stains. The bed mattress lacked firmness, causing discomfort.

The Minka house room was VERY pretty. I found complimentary water and coffee pods, replenished daily, a HUGE plus. Wardrobe space was adequate and the beds were REALLY comfortable.
I noticed the roomdoor hinges squeaked each time i opened the door. Other doors had the same problem.

the staff was helpful. the location was good, i could walk to many places easily. the breakfast did have plenty of options, i found something i liked each morning.
the shower was very small, it was difficult to move around in it. the bed mattress felt old, i did not sleep as well as i hoped. there werent many outlets in the room, charging my devices was difficult.

A return to tenderness

perfect location friendly staff
The location was perfect for exploring the city, a lovely romantic adventure, and trams to the main train station ran frequently from a nearby stop! I enjoyed my previous stay at this hotel, and my return in 2024 was a pleasure. The reception staff were super friendly and accommodating.
The air con only spewed out hot air, so i had to have the window open, the front side of the hotel meant hearing traffic. I also woke up with mosquito bites because i was forced to keep the window open, i had to change rooms.

Breakfast offered a selection that changed slightly each day. A gym was available, providing equipment for workouts. Water filters were conveniently spread near the stairs, with easy access to hydration .

All staff, from the reception to the bar, were polite and helpful. The reception staff was particularly prepared with tourist information. They had a list and a photo of the Christmas market area ready to hand out, a lovely gesture.

The shower was small. It was difficult to manoeuvre inside. The bed mattress felt old and did not provide sufficient support. I also found a lack of available toiletries.

the location was acceptable. it was close to attractions.
The housekeeping did not change towels, even after i asked. breakfast was monotonous. I ate the same food daily. a toaster was absent, and bread choices were limited.
