A stay with some hiccups.

great location clean room nice staff soft mattress limited breakfast

The hotel is in a great location. It is close to the museum and city center. The staff was nice and the room was very clean.

The bed in my room was not comfortable. The mattress felt too soft for me. Breakfast had limited options and seemed expensive.

lovely stay

room upgrade great location luggage keeping quality food

the receptionist gave me a room upgrade with a balcony because i asked for a view. the location is superb, it is a calm place close to the city center. i appreciate that i could keep my luggage for a few hours after checkout. breakfast had a big choice of quality food.

a haven in the heart

well appointed lobby quiet area famous post office nearby museum

i found the lobby and rooms were WELL appointed. it felt good. location was a dream, tucked away in a quiet spot, but still super close to the famous Post Office building. the WWII Museum was basically next door, i liked that alot.

the bed, while nice, felt a LITTLE too soft. after a few nights, my back started to ache just a bit.

The location was acceptable , only five minutes from the river bank.

THERE was no hot water after midnight. WHAT if you need a shower at that time? I think the hotel should address this lack of hot water after midnight.

Satisfactory stay, a couple of minor issues

variety bread convenient location thin wall shower design

The breakfast was decent. I especially liked the variety of breads offered. The location was convenient, close to many attractions. It made it easy to explore the area on foot (I visited in October).

The room had thin walls. I could hear noise from neighboring rooms and the hallway. the shower design was not great. Water splashed onto the bathroom floor quite easily.

Acceptable but with issues

poor insulation limited food

The location was good for exploring the area by foot.

The breakfast was a letdown. I don't think it was worth the cost. The variety of food was limited. The noise insulation was poor, as i could hear sounds from the corridor and other rooms. I needed to use earplugs to sleep.
