Excellent Zeil Location
excellent location friendly staff comfortable bed spacious room
The location was great since it was in the city center. The staff were very kind, and I had dinner in their South American Restaurant. It was fantastic. The room was spacious, and I found the beds were comfortable, with the brand of the bed mattress. I enjoyed the shopping center nearby the Hotel.
The pumps were noisy because their acoustic insulation was not good. I could hear when other guests used the bathroom. The view from the room was almost nonexistent.

The staff were attentive and helpful throughout my stay. Check-in was efficient, and concierge services were readily available for dinner reservations and local guidance, really appreciated.

My room had a king-sized bed and a well-appointed bathroom. The housekeeping service maintained a high standard of cleanliness, and amenities were promptly replenished. The room offered a quiet environment.

The hotel has direct access to the Zeil street and shopping areas. Major S-Bahn and U-Bahn stations are very close, providing great accessibility. I found it easy to explore city attractions.

The hotel featured a gym with modern equipment, including treadmills. I used the swimming pool. It was located inside the gym and had a clear view. I found the pool area clean.

i liked the convenient location. it is near shopping areas. the reception from mr mustafa & sherief was the BEST. concierge mohamad was very helpful too
the hotel did not refund the security deposit of approximately 240 euros. they said i WOULD get it back after a week but it has been a month. sometimes they do not answer the phone
