The hotel's location impressed me. It is very close to a tram station. I also found the proximity to the train station convenient. I was pleased with the breakfast. It had a large selection of items. I received a room on a high floor. It offered an extensive view of the city skyline. The room included comfortable furnishings and useful amenities. The staff exhibited commendable hospitality. I found everyone helpful . They provided prompt service.
The room's air conditioning emitted loud sounds. This noise was a distraction at times. It affected my rest.
