mixed feelings about my stay

weak shower empty minibar

the room felt dated. the shower pressure was weak. it took a while to get it fixed (i called maintenance twice). the minibar was also empty, a surprise.

Nice Hotel with Functional Gym

I found the gym to be fully equipped. It had every machine I needed and plenty of weights. I loved the lobby because it was so vibrant. The hotel rooms had plush beds and bathtubs, so soothing after my travels.

The hotel was very busy and the service suffered. Check-in was slow, and only a few counters were staffed. I noticed that the staff seemed unorganized at times. The shop within the hotel was chaotic. It took too long to purchase just a bottle of water.

Really good Stay at Prime Location

convenient location high floor commendable hospitality

The hotel's location impressed me. It is very close to a tram station. I also found the proximity to the train station convenient. I was pleased with the breakfast. It had a large selection of items. I received a room on a high floor. It offered an extensive view of the city skyline. The room included comfortable furnishings and useful amenities. The staff exhibited commendable hospitality. I found everyone helpful . They provided prompt service.

The room's air conditioning emitted loud sounds. This noise was a distraction at times. It affected my rest.
