A Charming Stay!

secure parking good selection
I found the free underground parking very secure! The location was AMAZING!!! It was easy to find and close to the National Museum. I also thought the breakfast selection was really good, offering many choices.

Fantastic Stay in a Wonderful Location

spacious room secure parking
I received a room upgrade upon arrival.. The room was spacious and clean. The location is also excellent, near the National Museum of Qatar. Parking was free and underground, providing secure parking. The staff were always polite and courteous, I give Ravi at reception a special mention. He was amazing!

heavenly comfort

sea view clean room
the gym impressed me greatly. the treadmill has a screen with an animation (i really loved this feature). it created the illusion of running outdoors. the sea view and city views from the gym are fine. the housekeeping team deserves praise for keeping my room clean with plenty of supplies, it felt homely.
the placement of plugs near mirrors in the room was problematic. drying my hair became difficult because of this. it would be really convenient to have plugs closer to the mirrors for easier access.

inconsistent service stained grout
the location was good, it was easy to find. the staff were polite.
The housekeeping was a problem though. the rooms were inconsistently serviced despite putting the clean my room light on. Reporting this to the desk did not help. in one room there were small black flies in the shower area. grout was stained orange in the corners of the shower cubicles.
