i found the hotel's proximity to many attractions convenient, made getting around easy. the receptionist, roshan, was very helpful at night and responded quickly. the pool on the building's top floor was a nice bonus, and it was kept very warm.

the breakfast was not available in the rooms. there was no valet service and no parking was provided. asking for extra items, like coffee bags, resulted in only one item given, not the requested amount.

The location is fantastic. It's so close to the National Museum. I was thrilled. The staff seemed friendly. The suite I had was spacious. I appreciated the extra room it provided.

Room service needs improvement. I found there weren't enough bath towels in the room. Welcome tools felt uncomfortable. I also noted the absence of a microwave. It would have helped with my kids.
