the staff was friendly and helpful (even with my very basic arabic!). breakfast had a good variety of options, including fresh fruit and pastries. my room had all necessary amenities. its location right next to gate 365 made getting to prayers so easy.

helpful staffunprofessional suspicionfaulty shower

the staff generally did their job well enough i guess.

the shower had issues, it switched between boiling water and nothing when you tried to adjust the temperature. after i checked out, they called me about the iron i had asked for, even though i had put it back in the closet. it reminded me of they thought i stole it, i found it really unprofessional.
