I found the location to be very convenient. The hotel is a short walk to the mosque. The staff members were always helpful and courteous. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was a bit cool, and I could not adjust the temperature to my liking.

Lin and Noura at the front desk demonstrated amazing customer care by securing a room for my early arrival. The location is convenient, offering easy access to key sites. The hotel maintains a high level of cleanliness throughout all areas. Breakfast was diverse, with many choices available.

The window glazing did not sufficiently block outside noise, so I could hear cars and horns.

the staff generally did their job well enough i guess.

the shower had issues, it switched between boiling water and nothing when you tried to adjust the temperature. after i checked out, they called me about the iron i had asked for, even though i had put it back in the closet. it seemed like they thought i stole it, i found it really unprofessional.
