The resort has five pools. Spa Desert Springs features a 38,000 square-foot facility with an Aromatherapy Hammam Steam Chamber, a saltwater lap pool, and a fitness center, and offers massages, facials, and body treatments. Desert Springs Golf Club features two 18-hole championship golf courses. The Tennis Club offers hard, clay, and grass courts. There are pickleball courts and a 12,000-square-foot arcade. The JW Entertainment Zone is available. Other activities include daily bird talks, lawn games, and gondola rides.

It's an ambitious property with a lot to offer, but managing expectations seems key.”
