i appreciated the hotel's location near the beach. it was also convenient to have the bus station so close. i enjoyed the nice view from my room and found the facilities clean. the swimming pool was a great addition (i spent most of the time there!), and the staff were friendly.

the front desk provided perfect service and all the staff were very nice. the room was cleaned daily by friendly ladies. they regularly refilled toiletries, like shampoo, body lotion, and shower gel. the building was kept super clean.

breakfast offered a kjempebra buffet with a great variety of choices. the restaurant operates well, with excellent staff. lunch service was also great. the restaurant staff kept the seating adequate and tidy.

the hotel provides prestations such as massages and animation at the bar. there are both an exterior and interior pool available . there is a resting zone covered by a pergola (it is very nice!). the gym is functional.

The location IS awesome and so close to the airport. The breakfast buffet had many choices. I did not use the pool yet, it LOOKS great. I appreciate how close it is to the beach. It made beach trips easy. I enjoyed the variety and taste of food. The restaurant had many options.

The tv did NOT have many channels in languages other than German.

the location worked very well for me as a solo traveller. i felt really safe , and everything i needed was nearby. the live music in the evenings felt amazing!!!

the bed sheets had stains, and the dust on the floor remained from one day to the next. i was very disappointed with the cleanliness and overall comfort.

The bus stop near the hotel was useful. Several lines take you to Palma for only 2 euros. My room faced the sea and offered a great view. The hotel breakfast featured many vegetarian choices, including plant-based milks.

The gym needed more cleaning near the equipment.

I enjoyed the location. It's close to the airport and just a short walk from the beach. The bus stop to Palma is right in front of the hotel, which I found very convenient. I liked the helpful staff. They were supportive and friendly during my entire stay.

I noticed the lifts were quite small. They were barely big enough for two people with luggage. It was a bit of a squeeze.
