an AMAZING stay!

i arrived early. the drive to the hotel WAS beautiful. the hotel reminded me of a tuscan villa. breakfast had made to order crepes, i was overlooking the hotel and watching the sun rise. the staff was very KIND. i spent the evening at the pool with sunbeds at different altitudes.

the room we had needed Some improvement. it felt dark and a bit worn, so a refresh would REALLY do the trick. i think Some updates would make it EVEN better for future visits. THE hotel had cold temperatures.

i loved the staff. they were very attentive and helpful! the free minibus into the town each evening was a great idea. our room had a lovely sitting area and shaded outside terrace with views.

The room was big. it felt freezing cold. the room also wasn't clean at all! the ac was working all the time, i think there were 20 degrees celsius max.

i found the hotel beautifully taken care of. lying by the pool offered views of the mountains and citrus fields around. breakfast was really good each morning it included lots of fresh options. our junior suite terrace was beautiful super clean and very comfortable i could tell a lot of care goes into everything there

the staff members i met were friendly helpful and genuinely cute. they provided prompt assistance with any requests i had. the shuttle service to and from the town or port was a very appreciated touch and added convenience to my travels.

i really liked the shuttle bus they had each evening. it was a great way to get into town without me worrying about driving. breakfast was another highlight for ME. there was full breakfast and lunch available, something i always appreciate. tapas in the evening were delicious and great value for money.

the room was not cleaned properly when I arrived. i found some dust in the corners and the bathroom sink had some residue. this was a disappointment, especially considering the price.
