extra charge monotonous food

The location was acceptable. It was pretty much on the beach and offered decent views.

The hotel charged extra for sun loungers, which i found outrageous. The food selection was monotonous and lackluster. There was not enough variety, so i ended up eating the same things repeatedly. The restaurant felt drab and dreary. It REALLY could use a refresh.

dated room decor uncomfortable bed

the location suited my needs for beach access. it allowed me to quickly reach the mar menor.

the room decor felt dated. brown tiles and old furniture. the bed was also uncomfortably hard, i tossed and turned all night.

excellent stay with amazing views!

clean room daily housekeeping solid food friendly staff

The room was very clean. housekeeping made sure it was cleaned daily. the food had enough choices, and the quality was consistently solid. communication in english was smooth, i found it very convenient. the staff was friendly. Their readiness to help was excellent.

I found myself in a room close to the late-night show, it was difficult to sleep until the show ended. It was quite loud.

Excellent Stay with Fine Views

beautiful view friendly staff

I found the room particularly nice, it featured a beautiful view, even from a lower floor. The cleanliness was notable, the housekeeping staff maintained the room daily. The staff proved friendly and helpful, especially with communication in English, it.

I noticed that they did not inform guests that the restaurant and bar were closed for refurbishment. This was a real disappointment because there were no options for food.

The room had comfortable beds, ensuring a restful sleep after a day by the sea. I was provided with fresh towels and toiletries daily, this was maintained through diligent housekeeping services. The terrace provided seating and offered a view.
