friendly staff amazing pool area convenient towels faulty room key missing tv remote unavailable parking

The staff was super friendly! the pool area was amazing after a long drive. towels and shampoo were available at the pool, super convenient! there was a pizza place right next door. That place was even open on sunday.

the room key didn't work and had to be changed, what a hassle. the tv remote was missing and the replacement didn't work either. underground parking wasn't available when i arrived :(. i had to find parking elsewhere.

convenient stay near the train station

I appreciated the central location, very close to the railway station. the staff was friendly and helpful . my room faced the back, ensuring it was quiet. the room was clean. I found it adequate for my needs. the breakfast had a nice layout and offered sufficient variety. i liked the brewed tea, which i recognized from a shop in the city. the hotel is dog-friendly, a plus for pet owners. the new pool was open almost all day, and it offered a good opportunity for exercise. the hotel features underground parking right in the city center. though the hotel parking was full upon my arrival, there were three parking areas nearby. i found the street parking safe and convenient for a short stay.

The gym has only one cycling machine. I found it didn't seem to work

the location suited my needs acceptably.

The air conditioning was centrally controlled. Therefore, i could not select my own temperature. the fan did not work either. after showering, the room was damp, and the window was fogged. i could not remove the moisture from the room.

the room was excessively small there was hardly any space to move around it does not correspond to a four-star hotel the cleaning was borderline i also found the lack of a luggage rack inconvenient as i had to keep my suitcase on the floor it was frustrating

I found the staff super cute and NICE. It was a great pleasure. the swimming pool was a good addition. car parking was available. the toilets were separated from the bathroom.

the rooms felt small! nowhere could i put a suitcase. the pillows were like rock, which wasn't ideal

This hotel has a GREAT location, close to multiple parking areas just outside the premises. It's also really central. I saw main retailers with shops nearby, with all the latest fashions available in the historic part.

The breakfast included adequate options. I requested and received a quiet room. The receptionist, victoire, provided helpful service (she was efficient).

The air conditioning system operated centrally, preventing individual temperature adjustments.
