Really good Location and Breakfast
main square breakfast buffet
the location was superb, right in the main square. the breakfast buffet offered a great variety of choices. i found the roman-themed decor throughout the hotel to be interesting. valet parking was available and convenient.

The reception personnel were very cute. Valet parking provided a stress-free experience. I had a lovely balcony overlooking Plaza de Espana. Breakfast offered an extensive and delicious selection.
The courtesy coffee tray was not stocked well. It only contained a tea bag and some sugar. I had to ask in the bar for coffee. I think a proper coffee machine or a well-stocked tray is more fitting for the category of this place.

this BUILDING is magnificent and the rooms are superb. beds were extraordinary and the balconies offered plaza views. the pool area, while small, was cute.
i feel full disclosure about parking options is important.

Excellent Stay Near the Main Square
convenient location helpful staff valet parking easy assistance
The hotel is conveniently located opposite the main square. Staff was helpful with our luggage, assisting from arrival to departure. Valet parking was available, made things easier. I would definitely consider returning to this hotel again.
the hotel provided only one bottle of water for two people, and it was not replenished. this felt a little underwhelming.

faulty air conditioning inadequate soundproofing
The staff were helpful during check-in.
The air conditioning did not work properly in the room. It was difficult to maintain a comfortable temperature. the soundproofing was inadequate. Noise from outside was a problem.
