the staff gave a warm welcome. facilities are perfect, neat and clean. the room was really clean thanks to the housekeeping team. room service was also quick when i asked for water.

the water wasn't draining well in the washbasin. maintenance need to be more regular.

underwhelming stay with a price issue

the staffs helpful, it is what i expected.

the price was wrong. i booked two nights and then extended one night, but i pay more money for the extension. the receptionist tell me it was more expensive cause it was the weekend and they was full, but i dont believe her.
