i found the staff helpful and always ready with a smile. mohammed at reception helped me with my late-night queries , i felt welcomed and supported. the security personnel were quick and attentive , they ensured my car was parked safely when the lot was full.
the gym had limited equipment and some machines was slightly outdated.

the staff assisted with an early check-in. I found the room to be clean and it had comfortable features. the breakfast was satisfactory. It provided good value. overall, I was happy with the experience. I appreciated the attentive staff members and their willingness to help. they ensured my needs were met and addressed any questions I had quickly.
the gym has old equipment. some machines were malfunctioning. the room service sometimes experienced delays. I had to follow up a few times to receive my orders. they did not have green tea.

the hotel is located near many major buildings and the oasis mall. I found the location convenient, as it provided ample parking space. the area felt secure. but sometimes i feel that is so quiet
