The reception staff were really good and very cute. the lounge staff on the 39th floor were always attentive. i appreciated the distinguished restaurant that regularly hosts events. It created a vibrant atmosphere, and the coffee shop in the lobby was a great spot for a quick refreshment.

my room included blackout curtains, which helped to block out the light. the air conditioning worked very well maintaining a cool temperature. it included two separate sinks, and it had a rainfall shower.

The hotel is conveniently located near several restaurants! access to restaurants across the street required a longer walk due to street barriers. it was manageable. valet parking was efficient.

The breakfast had great variety and the staff were helpful.

I encountered issues with the room temperature. It was difficult to maintain a consistently cool setting. The bedding was uncomfortable and impacted my sleep quality. housekeeping did not replace the toilet paper, a MAJOR oversight (i had to call for it).
