i stayed in a premier room, and it offered amazing views. the staff was overall professional, and the guests were respectful (a big plus for me). from valet parking to reception, everything was awesome. the minibar and glass wall added to the room's decoration.

the toilet shut-off did not have very high pressure. the shower floor was slippery when wet. this could cause someone to slip and fall, possibly leading to injuries.

The hotel needs some improvements. I noticed the pillows were uncomfortable. The lighting system malfunctioned at 3 AM. It kept turning on and off, disrupting my sleep. Maintenance had to come and reset everything.
