Amazing views and FANTASTIC service!
spacious suite private pool helpful staff
The master suite private pool caldera view was spacious. It featured well-sized rooms and beds. The private pool could be used at any time. I also appreciated the staff's assistance with transfers from the port to the airport. They helped me with restaurant and excursion bookings, too.
I have to say that there are many stairs to manage, which might be challenging for some guests.

The master suite provided sufficient privacy. The beds were comfortable. A private pool was available for anytime use, a GREAT addition to the room.

The breakfast was delivered to my balcony each morning. The food was faultless at both breakfast and lunch. I particularly enjoyed the variety of local dishes.

a mixed experience at a caldera view hotel
worn bathrobes dated room
i was honestly a little disappointed. the room felt quite dated. the bathrobes felt worn, and the jacuzzi area really needed some updating. it just didn't quite live up to the small luxury hotel name, i expected a bit more attention to detail.
