the staff was friendly. but the choice of pools was good
I booked the stay to relax. but the noise from the nearby airport was unbearable. planes flew overhead from early morning until late at night. this constant noise made it hard to rest. It definitely ruined the relaxing vacation i wanted

Wonderful Stay in a Beautiful Setting

The rooms were spacious and beautifully appointed with attention to detail. I felt well taken care of with the furnishings and amenities. The atmosphere of peace and relaxation. The staff were attentive and I felt rejuvenated by the end of my visit.
The TV in the room had an older scart socket. This did not significantly impact my overall experience.

The hotel offers multiple pools and sunbeds close to the rooms. Access to a private beach is available, though beach shoes are advisable given the pebbles. The design incorporates apartment blocks in a village setup, and cleanliness is obviously maintained.

Breakfast provided a good choice of items including meats, cheeses, cereals, breads, and fruits. There were traditional Greek options. I found the restaurant team friendly and the bar menu convenient for lunch, though a bit more expensive than nearby options.

Customer service at reception was excellent. The staff were very friendly. The concierge service was very helpful when I needed to arrange for a car. The hotel allowed me to keep the room for a late checkout which was very helpful

The hotel is located at one end of the prom with bars and restaurants. Shops are a short walk from the hotel, about five minutes. I found the area quiet and suitable for those not seeking a party atmosphere.

The hotel provided a schedule and explanations of all facilities. The buffet breakfast offered many options. I was happy to receive an upgrade to a suite from a standard room, this added luxury to my visit. I could enjoy the sunrise from the balcony.
The bathroom had basic features, and the shower had poor water pressure.
