lovely stay

friendly staffmercedes vanclean grounds
i found the staff very friendly. the hotel arranged an airport pickup in a mercedes van, the driver was also very friendly. i was greeted with juice and information to help enjoy my stay, it was a nice touch. the grounds were clean and my room had a wonderful volcano view.
the gym had limited equipment, i only saw two treadmills.

slow check-inoverpowering smell
i was expecting a seamless experience i guess but it didn't happen. the promised airport pickup didn't show up a total letdown considering i booked it specifically for the convenience. when i finally arrived the check-in was slow too slow after a long flight. there was this overwhelming smell of cleaning products lingering in the room it was quite off-putting.

the breakfast was acceptable. i had no complaints about the choices offered.
I was quite disappointed with the outdated gym. it only had two treadmills. One was out of order. the hotel also charged extra for bottled water. i mean, come on.

The pool was quite large with plenty of seating. Breakfast included amazing staff. The manager greeted every guest , and she was accommodating. The room was spacious and included a large balcony.
The room was small, dark and without air conditioning when I arrived. The ceiling fan wobbled and made a loud noise. The shower head did not change settings , and it made a loud noise.
