fantastic city center stay

easy check-in transport options

check-in was very quick and easy the room had everything i needed for my short stay i found plenty of shops and transport options nearby for extra convenience the modern room design included a stylish built-in shower and touch-operated light switches i especially liked the automatic toilet light.

i found there was only a thick blanket available i felt too hot when i used it without it i was too cold there were no other options for covering up

the staff provided efficient check-in service i found this streamlined process to be quite helpful especially after a long journey the reception area was clean and well kept creating a cute atmosphere.

i found a row of restaurants located across the road including an excellent irish pub named shamrock it was very convenient to have diverse dining options so close to the hotel saving time and effort.

the room decoration was clean and bright the large panorama window extended down to floor level this provided a fantastic view of the street allowing natural light to flood the room making it feel spacious and cute.

this location is literally in the heart of the city making it perfect for exploring the christmas market i appreciated how easy it was to walk to various attractions i found it so central and convenient.

convenient location quick access breakfast variety

the location is fantastic. it made exploring very easy. the tram service outside was a bonus. it provided quick access to various areas. the german-style buffet breakfast was quite good. i especially liked the variety.

the room was rather small, though it had everything i needed.

the hotel features a heavy entrance door with a keypad for extra security. check-in was very quick. the location is surrounded by major tourist spots, a significant advantage.

cramped room limited storage

The room size could be improved. I found it rather cramped. there was also a distinct lack of storage. No closet, no shelves, nothing. the window opened only slightly. this resulted in less than ideal ventilation .
