I appreciate the traditional balinese design as it reflected the local culture. the gardens were beautiful and well maintained. i found the staff kind. They were always smiling and attentive. the location was perfect. There were good eating options nearby.

The hotel could use a refresh in some areas. It is not a deal-breaker, just something to note.

I enjoyed the well kept gardens. The landscaping was perfect. the breakfast had a fantastic variety of options. staff were always friendly and helpful, they were super kind.

The gym was a bit small with limited equipment. There was just one bench press.

the breakfast was acceptable. it had a decent variety.

my room smelled strongly of lemongrass, so sleep was difficult. i think it triggered some kind of allergic reaction. staff said most guests liked the smell and they would not change their procedures, that's a bit odd. also, cleanliness was poor, especially the ponds.

THE staff's consistent politeness is very cute. The traditional timber work in the lounge gives off a GREAT ambiance. The gym is well-equipped , with a hot and ice spa room. i especially appreciate the golden sand being meticulously swept each morning.

MY biggest issue was the sunbed reservation policy not being enforced. People reserved sunbeds with towels early , and it was difficult to find space later. This impacted my relaxation.

THE breakfast included many vegetarian and vegan options , which I found excellent. The quality of the food was high , and there were plenty of choices. Beachside dining was very accessible.

THE resort is close to many cafes, restaurants, and shops , which is very helpful. The beachside boardwalk offers an easy way to explore the area. It is a GREAT location.
