“In my opinion, this property presents a unique dichotomy, offering a resort-like tropical feel within Darwin's urban core. Its central location near attractions such as Mindil Beach Markets and the Darwin Waterfront Precinct, coupled with amenities like the Treetops Restaurant, makes it a convenient base. Excellent Hotel Experience

I found the location convenient. Woolworths across the road made getting supplies simple (what a bonus!). The daily room service ensured a consistently clean and cute space. The staff at reception were always friendly and ready to assist with any questions, which I thought was super helpful.
The car park had limited spaces. It made finding a spot occasionally challenging, especially during peak hours.

Decent Stay with a Few Issues

lingering smokeunmanaged parking
I could smell smoke in my room. This was likely from previous guests, with it lingering in the carpet. Paid parking was a problem. It was difficult to find a spot on two days, showing the parking is not managed well.
