beautiful gardens beach access large pool
The gardens were beautiful. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony and appreciating them. The beach was easily accessible for ocean swimming. The large pool area was very pleasant. Many activities were available. Quiet spots were also easy to locate. Entertainment concluded early, so sleep was restful.
I noticed that the staff during dinner service could have been more attentive and helpful to customers.

wonderful stay with bali theme
bali theme room size high service
i appreciate the great atmosphere with true bali theme. the rooms have good size and are well set out. the rooms are well sound proofed. service from the check in desk to the pool attendants is high standard.
also i noticed a huge gap in the door. the noise from trolleys and people walking past was disturbing at times.

the room offered daily cleaning and water bottles were replaced each day. rooms were roomy and very clean with a good layout. the provided towels and toilet items were plentiful ensuring convenience.

beach view breakfast choice late housekeeping outdated facility
The breakfast ran until 10 am. There were many choices like continental, full Western style, Indian and Indonesian plus more. Views out to the beach with seating were fabulous. Happy hour every afternoon allows a drink and relax while waiting to see a beautiful sunset.
Housekeeping was inconsistent. The room often was not made up until late in the afternoon. I found the resort felt old. It is in need of an update.

the breakfast was good with many options to choose from
the air conditioning in the room was not effective all our clothes in suitcases felt damp the shower screen did not shut properly causing water to leak all over the bathroom floor every time this was inconvenient and required extra cleaning

diverse selection fantastic room friendly staff
The breakfast provided a diverse selection. The room was upgraded and proved fantastic. The staff exhibited genuine friendliness and were helpful. I also loved the family photos. We got from the hotel, they were beautiful.
The hotel charged me extra money upon my arrival. The flight was delayed, and it took a while to get through immigration. The room was not ready by 3 p.m. It was not ideal.

The location allows convenient access to local shops and malls. Waterbom Park is also easily accessible. This is a definite plus for families and shoppers.
