Great Hotel Experience!

The breakfast buffet included many cuisines. Freshly baked bread was excellent especially the sourdough. Three egg stations allowed for freshly made eggs. A bus shuttle to Bali collection shopping mall offered convenience.

The hotel has several pools though none are adults only, i found it sometimes difficult to find a calm swim without kids running around.

The staff were very accommodating and friendly, they always greeted guests with a smile and promptly assisted with requests throughout the stay, making for a cute atmosphere.

The rooms are spacious, well-kept, and very clean. My room also had a small balcony overlooking the gardens and a large bathroom with two separate sinks, it was useful.

The gym had modern machines, weights, and air conditioning, the yoga classes were a nice addition to the daily activities and the resort had plenty of beach beds.

The resort area is large. I appreciated that it fronts a long, white beach. My room was HUGE with classic wooden furniture, ALL WELL maintained. The resort provided a voucher for a complimentary professional photoshoot on the grounds. I found the hourly shuttle to Bali Collection VERY handy.

The breakfast pastries seemed a little dry, though there was a wide selection available.

My room included stone-work walls and nice decor, typical of Balinese style. The provided freestanding bathtub added A touch of luxury. The shower had a rainfall showerhead. The balcony offered convenient access to a semi-private pool.

I really loved the beach area. It was very clean and well-kept. multiple pools exist and i swam in two. They felt refreshing. the gardens looked immaculate, with vibrant flowers all around. the hotel provided convenient access to shops and restaurants, a short walk away.

I noticed a few missing tiles in the swimming pool with the swim-up bar. The concrete seemed slightly worn in some spots.

The breakfast buffet presented a great variety of choices from different cuisines. I noticed chinese soups, croissants, and fresh juices. the restaurant offered tasty cocktails and a delicious dinner menu with adequate pricing. I ate there twice. fresh ingredients are evident.

The hotel offers a photo session as a gift . I thought that was a lovely perk. sun loungers are plentiful on the beach. The staff ensured availability, even bringing out more. They were placed in shaded areas. laundry service was quick and reliable.

The hotel has an excellent beachfront location, and i enjoyed the ocean views. there is a surf spot right in front, easy for surfers to access. This is a plus. a lovely beachfront walk provides extra opportunities to enjoy the scenery.
