the room was spacious with an ocean view (i loved it!). amenities included everything a guest might need. i enjoyed breakfast with an ocean view each morning and the afternoon tea. the team at breakfast greeted me warmly.

the sunset rooftop was outdated and had a children's jungle birthday party theme to the decor.

My room, a Two-Bedroom Beautiful Suite Ocean View, offered AMAZING space. The balcony was expansive and offered unobstructed ocean views. The sound of the waves at night created a wonderfully romantic atmosphere. The Plantation Steak restaurant provided nice dining with its delicious food and decor.

The waiting time at check-in felt slightly longer than expected. Everything else was smooth.

The suite featured two large bedrooms and a separate living area. It was perfect. Daily housekeeping maintained a VERY high standard. The king-size bed was comfortable. Different pillow options were available.

Butler service responded quickly to all requests. They delivered welcome drinks promptly. Reception staff were consistently friendly and helpful. The concierge team provided great assistance, including gift-wrapping services for my flight.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. They assisted with all my questions about restaurants. the room was cleaned daily, and i barely heard any noise. pool staff ensured people didn't block sunbeds, which i appreciated.

The room was well-appointed and included everything needed. Facilities were great, especially the pool overlooking the beach. I found breakfast excellent with an very nice view. Restaurant options and room service were of a high standard. Spa treatments provided were interesting and enjoyable.
