lush landscaping beautiful staff yoga classes wrong food missed order slow response
I was so impressed by the gardens and landscaping! The staff was beautiful. They went over and beyond for our family. Seminyak Beach amenities and shopping were close. The yoga classes and activities were a highlight for me. The housekeeping services are really good too.
The room service food order was totally different from what I asked for. They brought ham, although I said I didn't want it. One of the orders was missed, too. The restaurant next to the main pool was not responding when we wanted to make an order. I wasn't happy.

electrical system limited outlets
I had a few issues that soured my stay. The electrical system seems faulty, as a power outage occurred two nights. I later learned that using the hair dryer is restricted to only one outlet. This wasn't communicated clearly, and the darkness during the outage made moving around the room dangerous. emergency phones were only near the elevators, not in the guest rooms, frustrating.

I was thrilled by the cleanliness and modernity. The location is really superb, right on the beachfront. I found the breakfast delicious with many options. It was easily the best I had.
I experienced an electrical power outage two nights. I learned hair dryer use is limited to one power point. There were no night lights, so it was dangerous to move around in the dark. Emergency phones are only by the lift, not in the room.

the room was clean and spacious (i was happy with the layout). i found the staff very helpful and attentive. the location was perfect for accessing local amenities.
the room service was a bit slow. the wait times could definitely be improved. i sometimes waited over an hour for simple requests.

the breakfast was amazing with many choices! gung from sava let us stay in their lounge facing the pond. she even gave us complimentary drinks!!! the location is great. circle k is right next door!!!

I found the staff very attentive. They remembered my name, a personal touch. breakfast impressed me with its fresh juice station and diverse pastries. the turndown service included thoughtful amenities, such as local treats, a nice touch.
The gym, while well-equipped, had limited air conditioning during peak hours. It made workouts slightly uncomfortable.

The main restaurant featured themed buffet nights. The seafood night was a highlight. i loved the beachfront bar, it offered sunset cocktails and small bites. the cafe had amazing pastries and sandwiches, delicious!

slow room service staffing issues
I encountered a few issues . Initially, the room lacked basic amenities like glasses. It felt inconvenient. Room service was slow. I waited over an hour for ginger tea when I felt unwell. getting a coffee during breakfast took a very long time. I think there were staffing issues.
