The grounds are impeccably maintained. Water features provide a peaceful ambience. The sound of waves added to the relaxation because the hotel is close to the beach.

The check-in process seemed disorganized. I found the process messy. There were many mosquitos. On the first night, I killed more than fifteen. The breakfast at Taman Gita had a wait time of thirty minutes. An alternative location was not a restaurant but a meeting room.

I enjoyed the breakfast buffet that featured a diverse selection of Asian and Western dishes. The gym offered comprehensive equipment. I found the grounds, with fountains and beachfront, to be fine and well-kept. The pools were big and had many loungers available.

The spa refused my reasonable request to print a menu because their policy was to use a QR code. They eventually relented, but it was a frustrating experience. I did find it odd the hotel has no gift shop, so buying water or sunscreen requires going into town.

The gym includes three treadmills, two stationary bikes, and various weight machines. The hotel provides multiple pools, including a dedicated club pool for Club members with beach access.
