balcony door gap dated resort
Breakfast was acceptable, though not excellent.
The noise level was high, largely because the balcony doors had a significant gap. This let in sounds from outside. The resort felt very dated. Newer hotels offered comparable rates.

breakfast quality worn rooms
I stayed several nights there. The breakfast quality was not great. Rooms looked worn down with only basic amenities. I also found noise levels high. I think this hotel needs improvements.

The room I got had a very large bed. The breakfast buffet included lots of variety each morning, so that was nice. The staff were friendly and helpful .
The noise was quite loud in my room because the balcony doors had a sizeable gap. This resort feels dated overall. I found this surprising considering it was at the same price point as newer hotels.

the check-in was seamless, qhupit helped. staff were genuinely friendly and helpful throughout my visit.
The gym had some dated equipment. Some pieces needed repair.

the pools were pristine each morning, the pool bar staff served delicious cocktails, there was cash changing available safely at a nearby supermarket and it was convenient to get local sim cards.

the location was quite convenient and a supermarket was a short walk away, the proximity was advantageous, offering easy access to essential amenities and making it simpler to purchase any necessary items.

the room featured individual air conditioning, it allowed complete control over the room temperature, i found it very useful, there were filtered water refill stations, this contributed greatly to the overall comfort.

attentive staff seamless arrival
i was kinda surprised by the attentive staff. que sera, sera, staff ensured my room was satisfactory. the resort provided airport transfers, a detail , made my arrival seamless.
