Really good Stay, Attention to Detail

It was my second time here. The room was large, clean, and comfortable, and the facilities are great. It really feels luxury, from the fabulous buffet breakfast that included a chocolate fountain to the evening turndown service, afternoon tea, and welcome drinks!!!

The pool access room is actually a family pool. Anyone around the hotel can go in, not just those staying in these rooms. What started as a relaxing stay soon turned into an invasion.

mold smell bathroom lighting

The first night was rough, the room smelled like mold. i reported it, and they put in an air purifier. it didn't really help! they cleaned the aircon filters, but the smell was still there, so i got another room. also, the bathroom blinds didn't block the light completely. It kept waking my wife up all night, frustrating because of bali belly issues.
