Amazing stay at this Balinese gem
warm welcomelush gardens
The check-in experience was excellent. Mr Stefan welcomed me warmly and provided an upgrade to a one-bedroom suite. I looked forward to using the water slide and the pools. the hotel has lush gardens.

the resort staff welcomed me with greetings. i received a welcome drink while the front desk processed my check-in. ariana, rustini, oka, katrina, desak, and adew provided wonderful service at the lounge.
the room i booked, a "spacious triple room", was misleading and seemed like a trap. the receptionist said preparing the sofa bed for my child would require an extra payment, though i booked for three. a king bed is relatively small to share with my child. the room wasn't thoroughly cleaned.

The staff was very kind. Shintya from guest relations was friendly. The front desk personnel gave a warm welcome upon arrival at the lobby (I appreciated that).
Check-in was slow. I waited in a queue with other guests. The check-in process needs improvement. The waterslide was not working (that was disappointing).
