friendly staff clean pool good equipment pleasant ambiance

The staff were great. the swimming pool was well maintained and clean. the gym had good equipment. I used the treadmill and the weight machines. the restaurant had a very good ambiance.

The hallways were hot. I hope they improve the air conditioning.

the gym included three treadmills and two stationary bikes. the swimming pool area featured twenty loungers and a shaded area. the spa offered several massage treatments. laundry service was efficient.

The hotel is near shopping malls. This made it easy to access stores. getting transportation was simple. the area felt safe. i did not experience any problems navigating the surroundings.

good breakfast spread small rooms no heating

the breakfast had a good spread.

the rooms were small. the heating did not work in both rooms. the maintenance guys could not fix it and were in the room until 1 am. this was not ideal.

I enjoyed that the hotel adjoins a shopping mall. This proximity made shopping quite convenient. Aryan from the restaurant was helpful and met my expectations. He was very kind and humble, and his hospitality was good.

I booked a twin bed room. I learned at check-in that it was unavailable, and I was asked to take a King bed room instead. The room faced a theme park with live singers on most nights past midnight.

excellent stay!

i found the staff very attentive, especially hemendra, deepesh, and irfan, who went above expectations! waiters in mrs mage cafe were kind. trainee staff were also very helpful . the location proved to be very convenient given its proximity to the nearby mall.
