the hotel was clean! the staff was attentive to every need we had. the check-in process was quick, and the rooms were very comfortable. the hotel grounds have beautiful views and landscapes.

the breakfast buffet had a lot of options, but some items seemed repetitive each day, just a minor thing!

the hotel had lush greenery and well planned grounds surrounding the lake. jyothi, the front office manager, helped with a room change and restaurant recommendations. jayveer offered advice about art. the dining staff were great.

The hotel features well-kept gardens suitable for long walks. I found the location beautiful. The staff was very helpful , showing diligence and care.

I found the rooms to be small. The hotel seemed old. It could use updates to meet five-star expectations.

The staff was very supportive, especially in housekeeping. Shivam helped us wonderfully and provided excellent service. The front desk was helpful, and the traditional welcome and treatment were noteworthy. I stayed in room 212 and found the food tasty.
